Where are the fluids levels?

Hi!
I bought cm2 over steam,
http://store.steampowered.com/app/18400/

then the back to the shop add on
http://store.steampowered.com/app/18440/

then the fluids add on
http://store.steampowered.com/app/18407/

I get the cm2 fine, and the back to the shop add on fine...

but where are the fluids levels? !
I can't see any showerheads either.

I know it needs nvidia
I run 2x gtx 260 in sli mode!
(dell xps 730x)

when I look in steam on cm2's properties, In downloadable content I see the fluid add on there..
