They just recently released Crazy Machines 2 Complete, which holds Crazy Machines 2 and its expansion packs. It's selling for $30 on Viva Media's web site: http://www.viva-media.com/crazymachines2complete.aspx

There's also a Crazy Machines Everything Pack for sale on Steam for $40, which includes the original Crazy Machines and its expansion packs, and Crazy Machines 2 and its expansion packs. I think it's a Steam exclusive, though.
